Rezultatele monitorizării comercianților de flori

În scopul contracarării fenomenului de evaziune fiscală, în zilele de 2-3 septembrie 2018, în care se atestă o creștere a cererii de flori şi, respectiv, crește riscul de comercializare ilicită a acestora, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a desfășurat acțiuni de conformare prin efectuarea controalelor fiscale operative și instituirea posturilor fiscale la contribuabilii ce comercializează flori în piețele autorizate din capitală. Astfel, pe teritoriul mun. Chișinău au fost identificate circa 40 de întreprinderi în cadrul cărora au fost depistate încălcări ale prevederilor Codului fiscal al RM cum ar fi: neutilizarea mașinii de casă și control, excedent de mijloace bănești, neprezentarea documentelor. În aceste cazuri au fost aplicate amenzi fiscale în sumă de 77 mii lei și amenzi contravenționale în valoare de opt mii lei. Tot în perioada vizată au fost instituite posturi fiscale la două piețe autorizate, pe teritoriul cărora activează 46 întreprinderi ce comercializează flori. Respectiv, în cadrul monitorizării comercianților de flori, volumul livrărilor efectuat, conform datelor mașinilor de casă și control, în această perioadă a constituit 423,15 mii lei, ceea ce este net superior volumurilor înregistrate în afara perioadei posturilor fiscale. Serviciul Fiscal de Stat recomandă tuturor contribuabililor să se conformeze prevederilor legislației în vigoare.
