SFS, ANTA și INI au efectuat controale operative

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat în comun cu Agenția Națională Transport Auto și Inspectoratul Național de Investigații au desfășurat, în perioada 8–30 septembrie 2020, controale operative în vederea verificării agenților economici ce prestează servicii de autoservice și activități conexe transportului rutier.
 
În urma verificărilor, în privința a 15 agenți economici au fost întocmite procese-verbale conform art. 197 alin. 28 din Codul Contravențional, cu aplicarea amenzilor în sumă totală de 240 mii lei.

 

ANTA informează repetat că, conform prevederilor art. 94 alin. 2 din Codul transporturilor rutiere, întreprinderile pot desfășura activități de autoservice doar în baza înregistrării prin notificare prealabilă în Registru, în modul stabilit, la ghișeul unic al Agenției. Activitățile specifice de autoservice pe care le notifică ANTA se regăsesc la alin. (1) art. 94 din Cod.

 

Totodată, SFS recomandă tuturor agenților economici să se conformeze la prevederile legislației în vigoare.
