SFS aplică sancţiuni

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a desfășurat un șir de acțiuni de control axate pe depistarea cazurilor de practicare a activității ilicite de întreprinzător. Verificările au avut loc în perioada 3 – 22 aprilie 2017, pe întreg teritoriul țării, și au cuprins comerțul ilicit stradal, prestarea serviciilor de arat și alte lucrări în agricultură, dar și alte servicii. Astfel, Direcțiile Generale Administrare Fiscală Chișinău, Nord, Sud, Centru au efectuat 53 de controale operative la agenți economici, dintre care 49 cu stabilirea încălcării legislației (16 cazuri - constatarea neutilizării mașinii de casă și control la efectuarea decontărilor bănești în numerar cu consumatorii, fiind încălcate prevederile art.8 al.2 lit.c) din Codul fiscal și neprezentarea documentelor de proveniență a mărfii la prima cerere a colaboratorilor fiscali, cu încălcarea prevederilor art.8 al.2 lit. f) din Codul fiscal). În baza abaterilor înregistrate, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat va aplica sancțiuni în sumă de 205 mii lei (conform prevederilor art.253 alin.1, art.254 alin.2 și alin.4 din Codul fiscal față de agenții economic care nu respect legislația). Totodată, au fost verificate persoanele fizice care desfășoară activitate ilicită de întreprinzător și anume: în domeniul comerțului stradal, prestări servicii de arat și alte lucrări în agricultură, servicii de deservire auto, servicii de transport auto, servicii de frizerie și altele. Ca rezultat, în baza art.263 ali.1, 2931, 2931 alin1.4.5 din Codul Contravențional, persoanele fizice care practică activitatea ilicită de întreprinzător s-au ales cu 269 procese-verbale cu privire la contravenție. Sancțiunile contravenționale vor fi aplicate în mărime de 1,18 mil. lei. Menționăm: verificări de acest gen vor mai fi desfășurate pe întreg parcursul anului.
