Mâine, 02 august 2019, va ieși de sub tipar nr. 246-248 al Monitorului Oficial al Republicii Moldova, în care vor fi publicate următoarele documente oficiale: În PARTEA I — Legi, hotărâri ale Parlamentului Republicii Moldova, decrete ale Preşedintelui Republicii Moldova
  • Decret privind promulgarea Legii pentru modificarea articolului 117 din Codul fiscal nr. 1163/1997 (nr. 1228-VIII, 30 iulie 2019).
  • Lege pentru aderarea Republicii Moldova la Acordul de colaborare dintre statele membre ale Comunității Statelor Independente în domeniul luptei împotriva furtului de valori culturale și asigurarea restituirii lor (nr. 75, 12 iulie 2019).
  • Lege cu privire la ratificarea Acordului de implementare a Acordului dintre părțile Convenției privind cooperarea polițienească în Europa de Sud-Est privind schimbul automatizat de date ADN, date dactiloscopice și date de înregistrare a autovehiculelor (nr. 77, 12 iulie 2019).
În PARTEA II – Hotărâri ale Guvernului Republicii Moldova
  • Hotărâre pentru modificarea Regulamentului privind obiectele de proprietate intelectuală create în cadrul exercitării atribuțiilor de serviciu, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1609/2003 (nr. 358, 26 iulie 2019).
  • Hotărâre privind aprobarea Avizului la proiectul de lege pentru modificarea articolului 4 din Legea nr. 93/1998 cu privire la patenta de întreprinzător (nr. 359, 26 iulie 2019).
  • Hotărâre cu privire la aprobarea proiectului de lege privind modificarea Legii bugetului de stat pentru anul 2019 nr.303/2018 (nr. 364, 26 iulie 2019).
  • Hotărâre cu privire la aprobarea proiectului de lege pentru modificarea Legii bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat pe anul 2019 nr. 300/2018 (nr. 365, 26 iulie 2019).
  • Hotărâre cu privire la aprobarea proiectului de lege pentru modificarea Legii fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pe anul 2019 nr. 301/2018 (nr. 366, 26 iulie 2019).
În PARTEA III — Acte ale ministerelor, departamentelor şi ale Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei Agenția Națională pentru Reglementare în Comunicații Electronice și Tehnologia Informației publică:
  • Hotărâre cu privire la aprobarea Regulamentului privind modul de organizare şi funcţionare a Consiliului de soluţionare a disputelor în cadrul Agenției Naționale pentru Reglementare în Comunicații Electronice și Tehnologia Informației (nr. 44, 1 iulie 2019).
Agenția Națională de Stat pentru Proprietatea Intelectuală publică:
  • Decizie cu privire la desemnarea organizaţiei de gestiune colectivă care să gestioneze drepturile ce cad sub incidenţa licenţei obligatorii ale titularilor de drepturi, care nu sunt membri la nici o organizaţie de gestiune colectivă din Republica Moldova şi care nici nu au încredinţat gestiunea drepturilor lor în alt mod (nr. 26/1618,24 iulie 2019)
. Comisia Națională a Pieței Financiare publică:
  • Hotărâre referitor la autorizarea reorganizării unei societăți pe acțiuni (nr. 32/3, 29 iulie 2019).
  • Hotărâre cu privire la înregistrări în Registrul de stat al valorilor mobiliare (nr. 32/4, 29 iulie 2019).
Serviciul Fiscal de Stat publică:
  • Ordin cu privire la modificarea Ordinului SFS nr. 62 din 15.02.2019 (nr. 314, 26 iulie 2019).
