Au fost aprobate Indicaţiile metodice privind particularităţile contabilităţii în organizaţiile necomerciale

În Monitorul Oficial de astăzi, 23 ianuarie 2015, a fost publicat Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 188 din 30.12.2014, prin care a fost aprobate Indicaţiile metodice privind particularităţile contabilităţii în organizaţiile necomerciale. Indicaţiile metodice sunt elaborate pornind de la necesitatea reglementării specificului contabilităţii în organizaţiile necomerciale. Obiectivul lor îl constituie descrierea particularităţilor contabilităţii şi raportării financiare în organizaţiile necomerciale. Prin urmare, aceste indicaţii metodice se extind asupra tuturor organizaţiilor necomerciale, înregistrate în conformitate cu legislaţia Republicii Moldova, precum şi asupra filialelor, reprezentanţelor şi altor subdiviziuni structurale ale acestora, cu sediul atât pe teritoriul ţării cât şi peste hotarele ei. Ele nu se extind asupra instituţiilor cu autonomie financiară și instituţiilor publice. Potrivit acestui ordin, organizaţiile necomerciale vor ţine contabilitatea şi vor întocmi situaţiile financiare în conformitate cu principiile de bază şi regulile stabilite în Legea contabilităţii, Standardele Naţionale de Contabilitate, Planul general de conturi contabile și prezentelor indicaţii metodice şi alte acte normative. Organizaţiile necomerciale vor aplica sistemul contabil în partidă dublă cu prezentarea situaţiilor financiare, conform formularelor din anexele indicațiilor metodice. În indicațiile metodice sunt prezentate particularitățile contabilității în organizațiile necomerciale, precum și alte detalii specifice privind ținerea contabilității în aceste organizații

Prezentul ordin intră în vigoare din 1 ianuarie 2015.
