Ce acte vor fi publicate în Monitorul Oficial de mâine, 10 ianuarie 2020

Mâine, 10 ianuarie 2020, va apărea de sub tipar ediția nr. 3-6 a Monitorului Oficial, în care vor fi publicate următoarele acte: În PARTEA II – Hotărâri ale Guvernului Republicii Moldova
  • Hotărâre pentru modificarea anexei nr. 2 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1006/2014 cu privire la aprobarea Strategiei naţionale de dezvoltare a sectorului de tineret 2020 şi a Planului de acţiuni privind implementarea acesteia (nr. 1, 3 ianuarie 2020).
  • Hotărâre pentru aprobarea Avizului la proiectul de lege cu privire la completarea Codului fiscal nr. 1163/1997 (nr. 4, 3 ianuarie 2020)
  • Hotărâre cu privire la aprobarea proiectului de lege pentru modificarea Legii nr. 420/2006 privind activitatea de reglementare tehnică (nr. 6, 3 ianuarie 2020).
  • Hotărâre pentru modificarea Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 998/2003 privind activitatea serviciului de colectare a impozitelor și taxelor locale din cadrul primăriei (nr. 7, 3 ianuarie 2020).
În PARTEA III — Acte ale ministerelor, departamentelor şi ale Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei: Ministerul Economiei și Infrastructurii publică:
  • Ordin cu privire la aprobarea documentului „Catalogul caracteristicilor termotehnice ale materialelor de construcție” (nr. 360, 27 decembrie 2019).
Ministerul Finanțelor publică:
  • Ordin privind modificarea Clasificaţiei bugetare (nr. 179, 27 decembrie 2019)
  • Ordin privind aprobarea borderoului de achiziție a producției din fitotehnie și/sau horticultură și/sau a obiectelor regnului vegetal și instrucțiunii privind modul de completare a acestuia și responsabilitățile subiectului (nr. 3, 2 ianuarie 2020).
Serviciul Vamal publică:
  • Ordin cu privire la modificarea anexei nr. 11 la Ordinul Serviciului Vamal nr.346-O din 24.12.2009 „Cu privire la aprobarea Normelor tehnice privind imprimarea, utilizarea şi completarea declaraţiei vamale în detaliu” (nr. 579-O, 31 decembrie 2019).
Agenția Medicamentului și Dispozitivelor Medicale publică:
  • Ordin cu privire la înregistrarea preţurilor de producător la medicamente (nr. Rg04-000348, 31 decembrie 2019).
