Ce acte vor fi publicate în Monitorul Oficial de mâine, 11 octombrie 2019

Mâine, 11 octombrie 2019, va apărea de sub tipar nr. 306-309 al Monitorul Oficial, în care vor fi publicate următoarele documente oficiale. PARTEA I — Legi, hotărâri ale Parlamentului Republicii Moldova, decrete ale Preşedintelui Republicii Moldova:
  • Decret cu privire la promulgarea Legii pentru modificarea Legii nr. 209/2016 privind deșeurile (nr. 1288-VIII, 3 octombrie 2019).
  • Decret privind promulgarea Legii pentru modificarea anexei nr.7 la Legea nr. 270/2018 privind sistemul unitar de salarizare în sectorul bugetar (nr. 1285-VIII, 30 septembrie 2019).
  • Lege pentru modificarea anexei nr.7 la Legea nr. 270/2018 privind sistemul unitar de salarizare în sectorul bugetar (nr. 132, 19 septembrie 2019).
Curtea Constituțională publică:
  • Decizie de inadmisibilitate a sesizării nr. 125g/2019 privind excepția de neconstituționalitate a unor prevederi din articolele 75 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 449 din 30 iulie 2001 cu privire la gaj, 34 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 142 din
  • 26 iunie 2008 cu privire la ipotecă și 764 alin. (2) din Codul civil (nr. 90, 19 septembrie 2019).
  • Decizie de inadmisibilitate a sesizării nr. 123g/2019 privind excepția de neconstituționalitate a textului „incapacitatea de plată” conținut în articolul 2 din Legea insolvabilității nr. 149 din 29 iunie 2012 (nr. 94, 23 septembrie 2019).
  • Decizie de inadmisibilitate a sesizării nr.130g/2019 privind excepția de neconstituționalitate a articolului 258 alineatele (2) și (3) din Codul administrativ (nr. 99, 30 septembrie 2019)
În PARTEA II – Hotărâri ale Guvernului Republicii Moldova
  • Hotărâre pentru modificarea anexei nr. 2211 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 351/2005 cu privire la aprobarea listelor bunurilor imobile proprietate publică a statului și la transmiterea unor bunuri imobile (nr. 467, 9 octombrie 2019).
  • Hotărâre pentru modificarea punctului 11 din anexa nr. 1 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 125/2018 cu privire la Instituția publică „Centrul de Tehnologii Informaționale în Finanțe” (nr. 470, 9 octombrie 2019).
  • Hotărâre pentru modificarea unor anexe la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 959/2018 cu privire la aprobarea Nomenclatorului funcţiilor şi coeficienţilor de ierarhizare pentru stabilirea indemnizaţiilor de funcţie pentru personalul instituţiilor serviciului diplomatic al Republicii Moldova peste hotare, a bazei de calcul pentru stabilirea indemnizaţiilor de funcţie, precum şi a structurilor şi efectivelor de personal ale acestora (nr. 471, 9 octombrie 2019).
  • Dispoziţie privind decernarea Marelui Premiu pentru merite deosebite în domeniul vitivinicol pe anul 2019 (nr. 222-d, 3 octombrie 2019)
În PARTEA III — Acte ale ministerelor, departamentelor şi ale Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei: Ministerul Economiei și Infrastructurii publică:
  • Ordin сu privire la aprobarea documentului normativ NCM A.01.06:2019 „Principiile și metodologia reglementării în construcții. Structura şi modul de lucru ale comitetelor tehnice” (nr. 246, 2 octombrie 2019).
Ministerul Finanțelor publică:
  • Ordin cu privire la completarea Regulamentului „Cu privire la ocuparea prin concurs a funcției de funcționar vamal”, aprobat prin ordinul ministrului finanțelor nr.241-p din 21 iunie 2018 (nr. 311-p, 30 septembrie 2019).

  • Ordin cu privire la înregistrarea preţurilor de producător la medicamente (nr. Rg04-000251, 1 octombrie 2019)

  • Hotărâre cu privire la înregistrări în Registrul de stat al valorilor mobiliare (nr. 48/10, 7 octombrie 2019)
  • Hotărâre referitor la autorizarea reorganizării unei societăți pe acțiuni (nr. 48/12, 7 octombrie 2019)
