Mâine, 14 decembrie 2018, va ieși de sub tipar nr. 467-479 al Monitorul Oficial, în care vor fi publicate următoarele documente oficiale: În PARTEA I — Legi, hotărâri ale Parlamentului Republicii Moldova, decrete ale Preşedintelui Republicii Moldova:
  • Decret pentru promulgarea Legii privind modernizarea Codului civil și modificarea unor acte legislative (nr. 973-VIII, 30 noiembrie 2018)
  • Lege pentru modificarea Constituției Republicii Moldova (nr. 255, 22 noiembrie 2018) și decretul ei de promulgare
  • Lege pentru modificarea articolului 4 din Legea nr. 93/1998 cu privire la patenta de întreprinzător (nr. 261, 23 noiembrie 2018) și decretul de promulgare
În PARTEA II – Hotărâri ale Guvernului Republicii Moldova:
  • Hotărâre cu privire la aprobarea Regulamentului general de metrologie legală privind modul de desemnare pentru verificarea metrologică a mijloacelor de măsurare şi pentru efectuarea de măsurări în domenii de interes public (nr. 1118, 14 noiembrie 2018).
  • Hotărâre cu privire la aprobarea Regulamentului de organizare și funcționare a Comisiei Naționale pentru Antreprenoriat Social și a listei genurilor de activitate ce constituie activități de antreprenoriat social (nr. 1165,28 noiembrie 2018)
  • Hotărâre cu privire la aprobarea modificărilor ce se operează în anexa nr.3 la Cadrul național al calificărilor din Republica Moldova, aprobat prin Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 1016/2017 (nr. 1167, 28 noiembrie 2018)
  • Hotărâre pentru iniţierea negocierilor asupra proiectului Acordului dintre Guvernul Republicii Moldova şi Guvernul Republicii Lituania privind schimbul şi protecţia reciprocă a informaţiilor clasificate (nr. 1227, 12 decembrie 2018)
  • Hotărâre privind redistribuirea unor alocații aprobate prin Legea bugetului de stat pentru anul 2018 nr. 289/2017 (nr. 1232, 12 decembrie 2018).
În PARTEA III — Acte ale ministerelor, departamentelor şi ale Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei Ministerul Finanțelor publică
  • Ordin cu privire Ia aprobarea modificirilor la Standardul Naţional de Contabilitate „Prezentarea situaţiilor financiare” aprobat prin Ordinul ministrului finanţelor nr.I18/20I3 (nr. 194, 30 noiembrie 2018)
Ministerul Afacerilor Externe și Integrării Europene publică:
  • Ordin cu privire la alinierea la măsuri restrictive internaţionale ale Uniunii Europene (nr. 205-S-10, 27 noiembrie 2018).
