Mâine, 9 noiembrie 2018, va apărea de sub tipar nr. 416-422 al Monitorul Oficial, în care vor fi publicate următoarele documente oficiale. PARTEA I — Legi, hotărâri ale Parlamentului Republicii Moldova, decrete ale Preşedintelui Republicii Moldova • Lege privind modificarea unor acte legislative (nr. 159, 12 octombrie 2018) și Decretul de promulgare al legii • Lege pentru ratificarea Înțelegerii, întocmite prin schimb de note, cu privire la modificarea Acordului de grant, întocmit prin schimb de note, dintre Guvernul Republicii Moldova și Guvernul Japoniei privind implementarea Proiectului „Agricultura conservativă – dezvoltarea unui sistem durabil de gestionare a solurilor în Republica Moldova” (nr. 205, 11 octombrie 2018) și Decretul de promulgare al legii. În PARTEA II – Hotărâri ale Guvernului Republicii Moldova • Hotărâre cu privire la aprobarea Strategiei de dezvoltare a industriei tehnologiei informației și a ecosistemului pentru inovare digitală pe anii 2018-2023 și a Planului de acțiuni privind implementarea acesteia (nr. 904, 24 septembrie 2018) • Hotărâre pentru aprobarea Metodologiei privind controlul de stat în baza analizei riscurilor pentru domeniul securității și sănătății în muncă (nr. 943, 3 octombrie 2018) • Hotărâre cu privire la aprobarea Metodologiei controlului de stat asupra activității de întreprinzător în baza analizei riscurilor efectuat de către Agenția Națională pentru Sănătate Publică (nr. 1014, 17 octombrie 2018). În PARTEA III — Acte ale ministerelor, departamentelor şi ale Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei Ministerul Economiei și Infrastructurii publică: • Ordin cu privire la aprobarea documentului normativ CP G.04.05:2017 „Proiectarea izolației termice a utilajului și a conductelor” (nr. 478, 10 octombrie 2018) • Ordin cu privire la modificarea Ordinului Ministerului Economiei nr. 129 din 28 iunie 2016 (nr. 509, 23 octombrie 2018). Serviciul Vamal al Republicii Moldova publică: • Ordin cu privire la aprobarea Normelor metodologice privind clasificarea uleiurilor pentru motoare (nr. 462-O, 26 octombrie 2018) • Ordin cu privire la modificarea anexei nr.11 al Ordinului nr.346-O din 24.12.2009 „Referitor la aprobarea Normelor tehnice privind imprimarea, utilizarea şi completarea declaraţiei vamale în detaliu” (nr. 468-O, 30 octombrie 2018). Comisia Naţională a Pieţei Financiare publică: • Hotărâre cu privire la aprobarea Regulamentului privind licenţierea pe piața asigurărilor (nr. 47/6, 22 octombrie 2018) Serviciul Fiscal de Stat publică: Ordin cu privire la aprobarea listei evaluatorilor bunurilor sechestrate (nr. 562, 20 octombrie 2018). Banca Națională a Moldovei publică: • Hotărâre cu privire la nivelul ratelor dobânzilor Băncii Naționale a Moldovei și la norma rezervelor obligatorii (nr. 268, 31 octombrie 2018) • Hotărâre cu privire la stabilirea ratei amortizorului anticiclic pentru expunerile din credite situate în Republica Moldova (nr. 269, 31 octombrie 2018).
