В пятницу, 8 июля, выйдет № 193-203 (5626-5636) Официального монитора Республики Молдова. В части I «Законы, Постановления Парламента Республики Молдова и Указы Президента Республики Молдова» будут опубликованы следующие документы:
  • Закон о внесении изменений и дополнений в Закон о регулировании предпринимательской деятельности путем лицензирования № 451-XV от 30 июля 2001 года (№ 127 от 9 июня 2016 г.) и указ о его промульгации.
  • Закон о внесении дополнения в статью 17 Закона о приватизации жилищного фонда № 1324-XII от 10 марта 1993 года (№ 145 от 23 июня 2016 г.) и указ о его промульгации.
  • Указ об инициировании переговоров и одобрении подписания Грантового соглашения между Республикой Молдова и Европейским банком реконструкции и развития для реализации проекта «Вода для севера Молдовы»(№ 2165-VII от 29 июня 2016 г.).

В части III Акты министерств, департаментов и Национального банка Молдовы раздела Акты Министерства экономики Республики Молдова опубликован Приказ o внесении изменений в Общий регламент по законодательной метрологии, утвержденный Приказом Министерства экономики № 116 от 30 июня 2014 года (№ 117 от 13 июня 2016 г.) В разделе Акты Министерства финансов Республики Молдова читайте Приказ об изменении Реестра сертифицированных внутренних аудиторов публичного сектора (№ 90 от 25 июня 2016 г.). В актах Министерства внутренних дел Республики Молдова и Министерства транспорта и дорожной инфраструктуры Республики Молдова опубликован Приказ o временном ограничении движения тяжелых транспортных средств на дорогах Республики Молдова (№ 187/139 от 23 июня 2016 г.). Из актов Национального банка Молдовы опубликовано Постановление об уровне процентных ставок Национального банка Молдовы (№ 175 от 4 июля 2016 г.).
