В пятницу, 25 ноября, выйдет № 405-414 (5838-5847) Официального монитора Республики Молдова. В части I «Законы, Постановления Парламента Республики Молдова и Указы Президента Республики Молдова» будут опубликованы следующие документы :
  • Закон о ратификации Финансового соглашения (второе дополнительное финансирование) между Республикой Молдова и Международной ассоциацией развития о реализации проекта «Конкурентоспособное сельское хозяйство» (кредит № 5858-MD) (№ 224 от 23 сентября 2016 г.) и указ о его промульгации.
  • Закон о ратификации Соглашения № 1 о внесении изменений в Кредитное соглашение между Республикой Молдова и Европейским банком реконструкции и развития для выполнения работ по строительству и восстановлению дорог в Республике Молдова (№ 247 от 3 ноября 2016 г.) и указ о его промульгации.
В части II «Постановления Правительства Республики Молдова» будут опубликованы следующие документы:
  • Постановление об утверждении Положения о мерах по сокращению выбросов систем кондиционирования воздуха в транспортных средствах (№ 1242 от 14 ноября 2016 г.).
  • Постановление об утверждении Положения об условиях назначения, порядке исчисления и выплаты пособия по отцовству (№ 1245 от 15 ноября 2016 г.).
  • Постановление об утверждении Технического регламента о продуктах, являющихся имитацией продуктов питания, которая ставит под угрозу здоровье и безопасность потребителей (№ 1246 от 15 ноября 2016 г.).
  • Постановление об утверждении Положения об организации и функционировании Национального агентства социальной помощи, его структуры и предельной штатной численности (№ 1263 от 18 ноября 2016 г.).
  • Постановление о проекте Закона о ратификации Контракта о финансировании между Республикой Молдова и Европейским инвестиционным банком в рамках Проекта строительства и восстановления железнодорожной инфраструктуры, а также приобретения подвижного состава, подписанного в Кишинэу 26 сентября 2016 года (№ 1272 от 23 ноября 2016 г.).
  • Постановление об утверждении Заключения по проекту Законa о внесении изменений и дополнений в Закон № 303 от 13 декабря 2013 года о публичной услуге водоснабжения и канализации (№ 1274 от 23 ноября 2016 г.).
В части III «Акты министерств, департаментов и Национального банка Молдовы» Фонд гарантирования депозитов в банковской системе публикует:
  • Постановление об утверждении процентной ставки, используемой для определения размера обязательного годового платежа (№ 191/4 от 17 ноября 2016 г.).
