В пятницу, 14 октября, выйдет № 355-359 (5788-5792) Официального монитора Республики Молдова. В части I «Законы, Постановления Парламента Республики Молдова и Указы Президента Республики Молдова» будут опубликованы следующие документы:
  • Указ об инициировании переговоров по проекту рамочного Соглашения между Республикой Молдова и Северной экологической финансовой корпорацией (NEFCO) (№ 2370-VII от 10 октября 2016 г.).
В части II «Постановления Правительства Республики Молдова» будут опубликованы следующие документы:
  • Постановление об инициировании переговоров по проекту Протокола, изменяющего Соглашение между Правительством Республики Молдова и Правительством Литовской Республики о сотрудничестве в области стандартизации, метрологии и оценки соответствия, подписанное 29 сентября 2010 года в Кишинэу (№ 1119 от 7 октября 2016 г.).
  • Постановление об инициировании переговоров и утверждении подписания Программы сотрудничества на 2016 год между Правительством Республики Молдова и Правительством Румынии, подготовленной путем обмена письмами, для реализации пункта 2 статьи 1 Соглашения между Правительством Республики Молдова и Правительством Румынии о внедрении программы технической и финансовой поддержки на основе безвозмездной финансовой помощи в размере 100 миллионов евро, предоставленной Румынией Республике Молдова, подписанного в Бухаресте 27 апреля 2010 г., в соответствии с изменениями, внесенными посредством пяти дополнительных протоколов (№ 1120 от 7 октября 2016 г.).
  • Постановление об утверждении Соглашения между Правительством Республики Молдова и Правительством Литовской Республики о сотрудничестве и взаимной помощи в области предупреждения и реагирования на чрезвычайные ситуации, подписанного в Кишинэу 28 июля 2016 г. (№ 1121 от 10 октября 2016 г.).
  • Постановление об утверждении Соглашения о внедрении между Правительством Республики Молдова и Организацией НАТО по поддержке и закупкам о развитии потенциала по снижению биологических рисков в Республике Молдова, заключенного в Кишинэу 12 июля 2016 года (№ 1122 от 10 октября 2016 г.).* Постановление об уплате из государственного бюджета на 2016 год членских взносов и задолжeнностей Республики Молдова перед международными и региональными организациями (№ 1124 от 10 октября 2016 г.).
  • Постановление о роспуске путем ликвидации публичного учреждения «Аграрный теоретический лицей, Кишинэу» (№ 1129 от 10 октября 2016 г.).
  • Постановление об утверждении Пособия по руководству для внедрения кредитной помощи, предоставленной Правительством Республики Польша (№ 1133 от 12 октября 2016 г.).
В части III «Акты министерств, департаментов и Национального банка Молдовы» Министерство финансов Республики Молдова публикует:
  • Приказ об изменении Номинального состава Совета государственного внутреннего финансового контроля (№ 126 от 3 октября 2016 г.).
Национальный банк Молдовы публикует:
  • Постановление об изменении и дополнении Плана счетов бухгалтерского учета в лицензированных банках Республики Молдова (№ 248 от 22 сентября 2016 г.).
  • Постановление о внесении изменений и дополнений в Регламент об операциях на денежном рынке Национального банка Молдовы, утвержденный Постановлением Административного совета Национального банка Молдовы № 188 от 25 сентября 2014 г. (№ 249 от 22 сентября 2016 г.)
