Cuprinsul Monitorului Oficial Nr. 151-155 din 3 iunie 2016

Redacția PP „Monitorul Fiscal FISC.MD” vă informează despre cuprinsul numărului Monitorului Oficial care va ieși în tipar mâine, 3 iunie. Astfel, în prima parte „Legi, hotărâri ale Parlamentului RM, decrete ale Președintelui RM”, veți găsi Acte ale Curţii Constituţionale a Republicii Moldova și anume: Decizia de inadmisibilitate a sesizării nr. 30g/2016 privind excepţia de neconstituţionalitate a unor prevederi din Legea nr. 1593-XV din 26 decembrie 2002 cu privire la mărimea, modul şi termenele de achitare a primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală, Legea nr. 1585-XIII din 27 februarie 1998 cu privire la asigurarea obligatorie de asistenţa medicală și din Regulamentul privind modul de completare, eliberare şi evidenţă a poliţelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1015 din 5 septembrie 2006 (prima de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală achitată de avocați) (nr. 23, 29 aprilie 2016). Din actele Curţii de Conturi a Republicii Moldova menționăm Hotărîrea privind Raportul auditului situațiilor financiare consolidate și Raportul auditului conformității gestionării fondurilor publice de către Biroul Național de Statistică în exercițiul bugetar 2015 (nr. 10, 12 mai 2016). Partea a II a MO „Hotărîri ale Guvernului Republicii Moldova” va cuprinde următoarele acte:
  • Hotărîrea privind aprobarea proiectului legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2016
  • Hotărîrea cu privire la aprobarea proiectului legii bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat pe anul 2016
  • Hotărîrea сu privire la unele măsuri de executare a Legii nr.414-XVI din 22 decembrie 2006
  • Hotărîrea pentru aprobarea proiectului de lege privind ratificarea Acordului de grant dintre Republica Moldova, SA „CET-Nord” şi Banca Europeană pentru Reconstrucţie şi Dezvoltare privind grantul investiţional acordat din Fondul Regional al Parteneriatului Europei de Est pentru Eficienţă Energeticăşi Mediu (E5P) pentru proiectul „Sistemul termoenergetic al mun. Bălţi (SA „CET-Nord”)”, semnat la Chișinău la 1 aprilie 2016 (nr. 660, 27 mai 2016).
Partea a III – a numărului de mâine a MO va cuprinde și alte acte ale ministerelor, departamentelor şi ale Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei, inclusiv ale Ministerului Tehnologiei Informaţiei şi Comunicaţiilor al Republicii Moldova, Federaţiei Sindicatelor din Comunicaţii din Republica Moldova şi Federaţiei Patronatelor din Comunicaţii din Republica Moldova, și anume:
  • Convenţia colectivă la nivelul ramurii Tehnologiei Informaţiei şi Comunicaţii pentru anii 2016-2019 (18 aprilie 2016)
Acte ale Serviciului Vamal al Republicii Moldova:
  • Ordinul cu privire la completarea anexei nr.11 al Ordinului nr.346-O din 24.12.2009 „Referitor la aprobarea Normelor tehnice privind imprimarea, utilizarea şi completarea declaraţiei vamale în detaliu” (nr. 169-O, 24 mai 2016).
La fel, în partea III - a vor fi incluse Acte ale Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei:
  • Hotărîre cu privire la nivelul ratelor dobînzilor Băncii Naționale a Moldovei (nr. 141, 26 mai 2016).
