PARTEA I Hotărâri ale Guvernului Republicii Moldova • Hotărâre pentru aprobarea Avizului asupra proiectului de lege cu privire la completarea articolului 6 alineatul (10) din Codul fiscal nr.1163-XIII din 24 aprilie 1997 (nr. 313, 11 aprilie 2018) • Hotărâre cu privire la aprobarea proiectului de lege pentru modificarea și completarea Legii nr.436-XVI din 28 decembrie 2006 privind administrația publică locală (nr. 310, 11 aprilie 2018) • Hotărâre pentru aprobarea Avizului asupra proiectului de lege privind completarea Legii ocrotirii sănătăţii nr.411-XIII din 28 martie 1995 (nr. 315, 11 aprilie 2018) • Hotărâre pentru aprobarea Avizului la proiectul de lege privind indemnizațiile adresate familiilor cu mulți copii (nr. 318, 11 aprilie 2018) PARTEA III Acte ale ministerelor, departamentelor şi ale Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei Ministerul Finanțelor publică • Ordin privind completarea Ordinului ministrului finanţelor nr.158 din 22 decembrie 2017 „Cu privire la modul de achitare şi evidenţă a plăţilor la bugetul public naţional prin sistemul trezorerial al Ministerului Finanţelor în anul 2018” (nr. 80, 30 martie 2018). Ministerul Economiei și Infrastructurii publică • Ordin cu privire la aprobarea Regulamentului privind principiile de bază în proiectarea și construcția sistemelor exterioare de alimentare cu apă a localităților mici, cu un consum sub 200 m3/zi (nr. 179, 4 aprilie 2018). Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale publică • Ordin cu privire la aprobarea Regulamentului cu privire la restituirea sumelor indemnizaţiilor pentru incapacitate temporară de muncă rezidenţilor parcurilor pentru tehnologia informaţiei (nr. 40-A, 13 martie 2018). Banca Națională a Moldovei publică • Ordonanţă cu privire la înlocuirea temporară a lichidatorului Băncii de Economii S.A. în proces de lichidare, şi BC „INVESTPRIVATBANK” S.A. în proces de lichidare (nr. 23-01009/1, 10 aprilie 2018).
