În ediția primului număr din anul 2017 a Monitorului Oficial Nr. 1(5924) sunt publicate următoarele documente oficiale: În Partea a II-a, ce conține Hotărâri ale Guvernului Republicii Moldova au fost publicate:
  • Hotărâre pentru aprobarea proiectului de lege cu privire la modificarea și completarea unor acte legislative (nr.1395, 22 decembrie 2016)
  • Hotărâre pentru modificarea programului privind repartizarea mijloacelor fondului rutier pe anul 2016 (nr.1417, 28 decembrie 2016)
  • Hotărâre pentru aprobarea Regulamentului cu privire la modul de întocmire a Listei de interdicție a operatorilor economici (nr.1418, 28 decembrie 2016)
  • Hotărâre pentru aprobarea Regulamentului cu privire la modul de planificare a contractelor de achiziții publice (nr.1419, 28 decembrie 2016)
  • Hotărâre pentru aprobarea Regulamentului privind evidența Listei operatorilor economici calificați (nr.1420, 28 decembrie 2016)

  • Hotărâre pentru inițierea negocierilor și aprobarea semnării Addenumului nr.2 la Acordul de finanțare dintre Acordul Guvernului Republicii Moldova și Uniunea Europeană privind Proiectul III de reabilitare a drumurilor în Republica Moldova, încheiat la Chișinău la 6 decembrie 2011 (nr.1440, 30 decembrie 2016)
În Partea a III-a, ce conține Acte ale ministerelor, departamentelor şi ale Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei Ministerul Dezvoltării Regionale și Construcțiilor al Republicii Moldova publică:
  • Ordin cu privire la aprobarea documentului nromativ în construcții NCM L.02.01:2016 /A 17: 2016 „Indicatoare de norme de deviz în construcții Ts, C” (nr.154, 23 decembrie 2016)
  • Ordin cu privire la aprobarea documentului normative în construcții NCM L.02.01:2012 /A 26: 2016 „Indicatoare de norme de deviz în construcții C, D, P, Iz, Ts, V, nr.8, nr.33” (nr.155, 23 decembrie 2016)
Dat fiind faptul că Parlamentul Republicii Moldova este în vacanța de iarnă până la 16 ianuarie 2017, în Partea I a Monitorului Oficial, unde sunt publicate hotărârile Parlamentului și decretele Președintelui Republicii Moldova, nu a fost publicat nici un document oficial. Cuprinsul Monitorului Oficial Nr. 1 -5924) din 02 ianuarie 2017 îl găsiți aici ro, ru.
