În Monitorul Oficial de astăzi, marţi, 4 octombrie, Nr. 342 (5775) sunt publicate următoarele documente oficiale: PARTEA III - Acte ale ministerelor, departamentelor şi ale Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei Inspectoratului Fiscal Principal de Stat publică: * Ordin cu privire la completarea Instrucțiunii privind evidența obligațiilor față de buget, aprobată prin Ordinul IFPS nr. 400 din 14 martie 2014 (nr. 658, 25 iulie 2016). * Ordin privind abrogarea Ordinului IFPS nr.1169 din 01.08.2014 cu privire la evidența fiscală a persoanelor fizice ce practică servicii profesionale licențiate (nr. 789, 24 august 2016). * Ordin cu privire la completarea Anexei nr. 1 la Instrucțiunea privind evidența obligațiilor față de buget, aprobată prin Ordinul IFPS nr. 400 din 14 martie 2014 (nr. 791, 24 august 2016). * Ordin despre modificarea Ordinului IFPS nr. 1108 din 7 decembrie 2015 cu privire la aprobarea Regulamentului privind modul de stingere prin scădere și luare la evidență specială a obligației fiscale (nr. 864, 6 septembrie 2016). · Cuprinsul deplin al Monitorului Oficial Nr. 342 (5775) din 4 octombrie 2016 îl găsiți aici — ro,ru. Tot astăzi a apărut Nr. 343-346 (5776-5779) al Monitorului Oficial. În PARTEA I - Legi, hotărîri ale Parlamentului Republicii Moldova, decrete ale Preşedintelui Republicii Moldova sunt publicate următoarele documente:
  • Legea privind redresarea şi rezoluţia băncilor (nr. 232, 3 octombrie 2016) şi decretul privind promulgarea ei.
  • Legea cu privire la Depozitarul central unic al valorilor mobiliare (nr. 234, 3 octombrie 2016) şi decretul privind promulgarea ei.
  • Legea privind emisiunea obligaţiunilor de stat în vederea executării de către Ministerul Finanţelor a obligaţiilor de plată derivate din garanţiile de stat nr. 807 din 17 noiembrie 2014 şi nr. 101 din 1 aprilie 2015 (nr. 235, 3 octombrie 2016) şi decretul privind promulgarea ei.
  • Legea pentru modificarea și completarea Legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2016 nr. 154 din 1 iulie 2016 (nr. 236, 3 octombrie 2016) şi decretul privind promulgarea ei.
  • Legea pentru modificarea Legii bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat pe anul 2016 nr. 156 din 1 iulie 2016 (nr. 237, 3 octombrie 2016) şi decretul privind promulgarea ei.
  • Lege privind modificarea Legii fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pe anul 2016 nr. 157 din 1 iulie 2016 (nr. 238, 3 octombrie 2016) şi decretul privind promulgarea ei.
