În Monitorul Oficial nr. 58–66 (6453–6461) de mâine, 23 februarie 2018, vor fi publicate următoarele documente oficiale. PARTEA I. Legi, hotărîri ale Parlamentului Republicii Moldova, decrete ale Preşedintelui Republicii Moldova • Lege cu privire la prevenirea și combaterea spălării banilor și finanțării terorismului (nr. 308, 22 decembrie 2017) şi Decretul pentru promulgarea ei. • Lege pentru modificarea și completarea articolului 46 din Legea nr. 234/2016 cu privire la Depozitarul central unic al valorilor mobiliare (nr. 2, 8 februarie 2018) şi Decretul pentru promulgarea ei. • Lege pentru modificarea şi completarea unor acte legislative (nr. 8, 8 februarie 2018) şi Decretul pentru promulgarea ei. Curtea Constituţională publică: • Hotărâre pentru controlul constituționalității art. 21/2 din Legea nr.355-XVI din 23 decembrie 2005 cu privire la sistemul de salarizare în sectorul bugetar și a Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 172 din 22 martie 2017 pentru aprobarea Regulamentului privind procedura de stimulare financiară a agenților constatatori din cadrul Inspectoratului General al Poliției al Ministerului Afacerilor Interne (stimularea financiară a agenților constatatori) (Sesizarea nr.46a/2017) (nr. 37, 13 decembrie 2017). În Partea II – Hotărâri ale Guvernului Republicii Moldova • Hotărîre cu privire la modificarea şi completarea Hotărîrii Guvernului nr. 182 din 16 martie 2010 (nr. 161, 21 februarie 2018) În PARTEA III Ministerul Economiei şi Infrastructurii al Republicii Moldova publică: • Ordin cu privire la aprobarea completărilor ce se operează în anexă la Ordinul nr. 66 din 04.05.2010 (nr. 95, 21 februarie 2018) Ministerul Sănătăţii, Muncii şi Protecției Sociale al Republicii Moldova şi Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină publică: • Ordin cu privire la aprobarea Modificării nr. 1/2018 la Clasificatorul ocupațiilor din Republica Moldova (CORM 006-14) (nr. 203, 14 februarie 2018). Comisia Naţională a Pieţei Financiare publică: • Hotărâre privind modificarea și completarea Hotărârii Comisiei Naţionale a Pieţei Financiare nr.20/5 din 16 mai 2008 cu privire la aprobarea formei şi conţinutului cererilor de asigurare, contractelor de asigurare şi poliţelor de asigurare la asigurarea obligatorie de răspundere civilă pentru pagube produse de autovehicule (nr. 8/10, 5 februarie 2018). • Hotărâre cu privire la modificarea şi completarea unor acte normative (nr. 8/12, 5 februarie 2018). Serviciului Fiscal de Stat publică: • Ordin cu privire la modificarea și completarea Ordinului IFPS nr. 693 din 26 decembrie 2007 privind particularitățile administrării prevederilor art. 901 alin. (34) din Codul fiscal (nr. 524, 22 decembrie 2017). • Ordin cu privire la modificarea și completarea Ordinului IFPS nr.1080 din 10 octombrie 2012 (nr. 84, 16 februarie 2018) Cuprinsul deplin al Monitorului Oficial nr. 58–66 (6453–6461) de mâine, 23 februarie 2018, îl găsiți aici (ro, ru).
