Noi modificări în formularul Darea de seamă privind impozitul pe venitul din activitatea operațională

În Monitorul Oficial de astăzi, 13 noiembrie, a fost publicat Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 187 din 04.11.2015, prin care a fost modificat și completat Ordinul Ministerului Finanţelor nr. 110 din 28.07.2015 cu privire la aprobarea Formularului-tip forma IVAO15 "Darea de seamă privind impozitul pe venitul din activitatea operațională". Prin urmare, Darea de seamă privind impozitul pe venitul din activitatea operațională forma IVAO15 a suferit modificări, și anume, punctul 14 „Impozitul pe veniturile din activitatea operaţională", nu va mai avea subpunctele ce țineau de completarea impozitului pe venit pentru fiecare trimestru, dar se va completa doar cu impozitul pe venit din activitatea operațională total anual. Astfel, se exclud punctele 14.1, 14.2, 14.3 și 14.4. În acest sens, a fost modificată și instrucțiunea de completare a formei IVAO15 prin excluderea punctului 23. Totodată, conform modificări punctului 21 din Modul de completare a Dării de seamă privind impozitul pe venitul din activitatea operațională, în rândul 13 din forma IVAO15 se va indica suma impozitului pe veniturile achitate în afara Republicii Moldova, în condițiile stipulate la art. 82 din Codul Fiscal. Această condiție nu era indicată anterior. Prezentul ordin intră în vigoare din data de astăzi, 13 noiembrie, data publicării.
