В завтрашнем номере Официального монитора будет опубликован Закон о государственном бюджете на 2017 год

Во вторник, 27 декабря, выйдет No 472-477 (5905-5910) Официального монитора Республики Молдова. В части I «Законы, Постановления Парламента Республики Молдова и Указы Президента Республики Молдова» будут опубликованы следующие документы:
  • Закон о внесении изменений и дополнений в Закон о предпринимательском патенте No 93-XIV от 15 июля 1998 года (No 278 от 16 декабря 2016 г.) и указ о его промульгации.
  • Закон о государственном бюджете на 2017 год (No 279 от 16 декабря 2016 г.) и указ о его промульгации.
  • Закон о внесении изменений в Закон о пенсионном обеспечении военнослужащих и лиц начальствующего и рядового состава органов внутренних дел No 1544-XII от 23 июня 1993 года (No 282 от 16 декабря 2016 г.) и указ о его промульгации.
  • Закон о внесении изменения и дополнений в Закон о реорганизации судебных инстанций No 76 от 21 апреля 2016 года (No 284 от 16 декабря 2016 г.) и указ о его промульгации.
  • Закон о фондах обязательного медицинского страхования на 2017 год (No 285 от 16 декабря 2016 г.) и указ о его промульгации.
  • Закон о бюджете государственного социального страхования на 2017 год (No 286 от 16 декабря 2016 г.) и указ о его промульгации.
  • Указ об освобождении от должности советников Кабинета Президента Республики Молдова (No 2523-VII от 19 декабря 2016 г.).
  • Указ о награждении господина Виктора ПОНТА орденом „Ordinul Republicii” (No 2542-VII от 22 декабря 2016 г.).
