Обновленные рабочие планы Совета по МСФО

С учетом принятых на последнем заседания членов IASB решений, в рабочие планы были внесены коррективы. Детальное сопоставление ситуации на данный момент и месяцем ранее по пунктам приведено ниже.
 
В проектах по разработке стандартов изменений нет.
 
Проекты по улучшению стандартов:
 
  • Новый проект – Классификация долговых обязательств с дополнительными условиями в качестве краткосрочных или долгосрочных (IAS 1 «Представление финансовой отчетности»). В рабочий план добавили ориентировочный срок выхода предварительного варианта изменений к IAS 1 - пока что это четвертый квартал текущего года.
 
  • Первое применение IFRS 17 и IFRS 9 – сравнительная информация (IFRS 17 «Договоры страхования»). Также уже не раз упоминавшийся новый проект, чья актуальность продиктована приближающимися (несмотря на две отсрочки) сроками вступления в силу страхового стандарта. Это объясняет, почему технические коррективы выпустят уже в июле – они должны быть не очень объемными.
 
  • Арендные обязательства в сделках с продажей и обратной арендой – решение по дальнейшим направлениям работы с данным проектом перенесено с третьего на четвертый квартал.
 
  • Финансирование каналов поставок с помощью обратного факторинга и т.п. соглашений (третий новый проект, добавленный в эту категорию). Также как в первом случае, предварительный вариант изменений даже не к одному стандарту (по крайней мере, к IAS 7 и IFRS 7) обещан в четвертом квартале этого года.
 
Исследовательские проекты
  • Динамическое управление рисками. Решение о дальнейших направлениях работы с проектом будет принято в первом полугодии 2022 г. (ранее никаких сроков не называлось).
  • Пенсионные вознаграждения, зависящие от доходности на активы. С третьего на четвертый квартал текущего года перенесли изучение исследовательской академлитературы по этой теме.
 
В прочих проектах изменений нет.
