1. (30.3.13) Care este modalitatea de achitare a plăţilor pentru poluarea mediului?

Potrivit pct.3.3. din Modului de achitare a plăţilor şi evidenţa încasărilor la bugetul public naţional prin sistemul trezorerial al Ministerului Finanţelor în anul 2017, aprobat prin Ordinul Ministerului Finanţelor nr.158 din 23 decembrie 2016, plăţile pentru poluarea mediului se vor achita la următoarele coduri ale Clasificaţiei economice:
  • cod ECO 114534 – Taxa pentru mărfurile care în procesul utilizării cauzează poluarea mediului;
  • cod ECO 114535 – Plaţi pentru poluarea mediului în limitele normativelor stabilite;
  • cod ECO 114536 – Alte plăţi pentru poluarea mediului.
Plăţile calculate şi declarate, penalităţile şi amenzile aplicate în condiţiile Legii nr.1540-XIII din 25 februarie 1998 privind plata pentru poluarea mediului se virează de către poluatori la bugetul de stat pe codurile ECO indicate mai sus. Mijloacele care urmau să fie virate la codul IBAN al Fondului Ecologic pînă la data de 1 ianuarie 2017 se vor transfera pe codurile IBAN deschise începînd cu 1 ianuarie 2017. Plătitorii/contribuabilii pot genera codurile IBAN pe pagina web a Ministerului Finanţelor www.mf.gov.md, prin selectarea codului Clasificaţiei economice, raionului în care se află contribuabilul şi codului statistic al localităţii contribuabilului conform clasificatorului unităţilor administrativ-teritoriale (CUATM).
