1. (4.7.10) Apar anumite obligaţii privind acciza la introducerea mărfurilor supuse accizelor pe teritoriul zonei economice libere pentru prezentare şi livrare parţială la expoziţie?

Potrivit art.124 alin.(10) din Codul fiscal, sînt scutite de plata accizelor mărfurile supuse accizelor introduse în zona economică liberă din afara teritoriului vamal al Republicii Moldova, din restul teritoriului vamal al Republicii Moldova, precum şi mărfurile originare din această zonă şi scoase în afara teritoriului vamal al Republicii Moldova. În conformitate cu prevederile art.124 alin.(101) din Codul fiscal, nu sînt supuse accizelor livrările de mărfuri supuse accizelor efectuate în interiorul zonei economice libere, Portului Internaţional Liber “Giurgiuleşti”, Aeroportului Internaţional Liber “Mărculeşti”, precum şi livrările de mărfuri supuse accizelor efectuate de către agenţii economici dintr-o zonă economică liberă în altă zonă economică liberă şi cele efectuate între rezidenţii Portului Internaţional Liber “Giurgiuleşti”, rezidenţii zonelor economice libere ale Republicii Moldova şi rezidenţii Aeroportului Internaţional Liber “Mărculeşti” unul altuia. [Modificare în Baza generalizată a practicii fiscale în temeiul Legii pentru modificarea şi completarea unor acte legislative nr.171 din 19.12.2019, în vigoare de la data 01.01.2020]
