10. (29.6.7) Care este regimul fiscal aplicat de către rezidenții parcului IT asupra veniturilor achitate persoanelor fizice pentru prestarea serviciilor?

Potrivit art. 372 alin. (2) lit. a) din Codul fiscal, în componența impozitului unic nu se include impozitul pe venit reținut la sursa de plată, stabilit în conformitate cu prevederile art. 88 alin. (5), art. 89, 90, 901 şi 91, contribuțiile de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii şi primele de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală calculate/reținute la efectuarea plăților în folosul persoanelor fizice, altele decât plățile salariale. Astfel, veniturile persoanei fizice care nu desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător, obținute din prestarea serviciilor și/sau lucrărilor (art.88 alin. (5) din Codul fiscal), nu se vor include în componența impozitului unic.
