2. (29.2.9.7) Care este documentul care confirmă procurările efectuate de către persoanele fizice ce desfășoară activități independente de la persoanele fizice ce nu desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător?

Potrivit prevederilor art. 698 alin. (1) din Codul fiscal, persoanele fizice ce desfășoară activități independente aplică contabilitatea de casă în conformitate cu art. 44 alin. (2) din Codul fiscal. Totodată, conform art. 698 alin. (2) din Codul fiscal, în scopuri fiscale, contribuabilii sînt obligaţi să ţină evidenţa vînzărilor şi procurărilor conform modului stabilit de Ministerul Finanţelor şi să utilizeze maşina de casă şi de control la efectuarea decontărilor în numerar în modul stabilit de Guvern pentru contribuabilii care ţin evidenţa contabilă. Potrivit pct. 10 din Indicațiile metodice privind particularităţile ţinerii evidenţei vînzărilor şi procurărilor în scopuri fiscale de către persoanele fizice ce desfăşoară activităţi independente, anexa nr.6 la Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 2 din 9 ianuarie 2017, în cazul achiziţiei produselor de la persoanele fizice-cetăţeni care nu practică activitate de întreprinzător, persoana fizică ce desfăşoară activităţi independente este obligată să întocmească Borderoul de achiziţie al persoanei fizice ce desfăşoară activităţi independente (în continuare – borderou) conform anexelor nr.7 şi 8 la ordinul menționat. La încheierea perioadei fiscale (anului calendaristic) borderoul se prezintă Serviciului Fiscal de Stat pe suport de hîrtie sau în format electronic, nu mai tîrziu de 25 martie a anului următor perioadei fiscale de gestiune. [Modificările operate în temeiul aprobării Legii nr.288 din 15.12.2017, în vigoare din 01.01.2018, Hotărîrii Guvernului nr.543 din 12.06.2018, în vigoare 15.09.2018 ]
