(28.27.20) În urma completării declarației privind TVA de către subiecții impunerii în cadrul „e-Commerce VAT” care este procedura de generare a datelor pentru achitarea obligație fiscale constatate ?

În urma completării declarație în cabinetul electronic se va afișa Registrul declarațiilor. În cadrul acestei interfețe poate fi accesat butonului „Generarea datelor pentru achitare”.

Compartimentul ,,Generarea datelor pentru achitare” conține datele bancare unde urmează a fi virate mijloacele bănești la bugetul de stat al Republicii Moldova.

Contribuabilul selectează valuta în care se efectuează achitarea, după care se generează în mod automat datele bancare unde urmează a fi virate mijloacele bănești la bugetul de stat al Republicii Moldova. Achitarea se efectuează în lei moldovenești (MDL) sau în valută străină (EUR/USD). În scopul asigurării evidenței corecte a sumelor transferate în contul stingerii obligației aferente TVA contribuabilul nerezident e-VAT, în rubrica „Destinația plății”, în mod obligatoriu, va indica codul TVA obținut la înregistrarea în sistem.
