34.6.2 Se eliberează bonul de casă în cazul achitării cu cardul bancar (cardul de plată)?

Punctul 5 din Regulamentul cu privire la exploatarea echipamentelor de casă şi de control pentru efectuarea decontărilor în numerar şi/sau prin alt instrument de plată, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 141/2019 stabilește că dacă în cadrul decontărilor bănești contribuabilul acceptă, în modul stabilit, cardurile de plată în calitate de instrument de plată fără numerar, sau alt mod de plată, decontările respective se efectuează de asemenea prin intermediul mașinilor de casă și de control.

    Cardul de plată este un suport de informație standardizat și, după caz, personalizat prin intermediul căruia deținătorul, de regulă, cu utilizarea numărului personal de identificare al său și/sau a unor alte coduri care permit identificarea sa, în funcţie de tipul cardului de plată are acces la distanță la contul de plăţi la care este ataşat cardul de plată în vederea efectuării operaţiunilor de plată prin intermediul unor dispozitive speciale, cum ar fi terminale POS, în vederea efectuării anumitor operațiuni prevăzute de banca emitentă. 
    La acceptarea tranzacției cu card, terminalul POS va emite numărul stabilit de chitanțe POS, de suma achitată (acceptată), iar ECC va emite bonul de casă care va conține expres înscrisul privind modul de plată a sumei achitate – cu CARD.
