41.5 Care este ultima perioadă de raportare conform modului de completare şi prezentare a Dării de seamă privind calculul contribuţiei obligatorii în Fondul Viei şi Vinului (forma CFV20), aprobat prin Ordinul SFS nr. 423/2020?

Legea nr. 47/2021 pentru modificarea Legii Viei şi Vinului nr. 57/2006 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2021, nr.117-121 art.125), a intrat în vigoare începînd cu 14 mai 2021.


    În scopul executării prevederilor articolului 323 din Legea Viei şi Vinului nr.57/2006, a fost elaborat și aprobat Ordinul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat nr. 349/2021 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2021, nr. 153-157, art. 723), prin care a fost aprobat un nou formular al Dării de seamă privind calculul contribuţiei obligatorii în Fondul Viei şi Vinului (forma CFV21).


    Potrivit, pct. 5 din Ordinul menționat, pentru obiectele impozabile, pentru care documentele aferente tranzacțiilor au fost emise pînă la 14 mai 2021, declararea contribuțiilor în Fondul Viei și Vinului se va efectua conform formularului Dării de seamă privind calcularea contribuţiei obligatorii în Fondul Viei şi Vinului, aprobat prin Ordinul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat nr. 423/2020 (Monitorul Oficial al RM 2020, nr. 221-225, art. 771).


     De asemenea, pct. 7 din Ordinul menționat, stipulează că ultima perioadă de raportare pasibilă declarării conform modului stabilit de Ordinul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat nr. 423/2020, este perioada de raportare 1 mai – 31 august 2021.
