5. (28.15.43) Care este procedura de beneficiere de dreptul la imprimarea de sine stătător a facturilor fiscale?

Potrivit modificărilor operate în Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor 118 din 28 august 2017, a fost liberalizată procedura de acordare a dreptului la imprimarea de sine stătător și de solicitare a seriei și diapazonului de numere pentru imprimarea de sine stătător a facturilor fiscale. În conformitate cu prevederile Ordinului menționat, agenţii economici care dispun de un sistem computerizat de evidenţă primară beneficiază de dreptul imprimării de sine stătător a facturilor fiscale şi anexelor la acestea pe hîrtie prevăzută cu însemne de protecţie pentru documentarea livrărilor sale. Semnele de protecţie se stabilesc de către agentul economic conform necesităților şi posibilităților proprii. Hîrtia prevazută cu însemne de protecție utilizata la imprimarea de sine stătător a facturilor fiscale urmează să dispună de cel puțin un însemn de protecţie din cele specificate la pct.2 al prezentului ordin sau oricare alt însemn de protecție (ca exemplu: emblema întreprinderii, logotipul, antetul, etc.) stabilit de către agentul economic și aprobat prin ordin intern. Acordarea dreptului la tipărirea de sine stătător a facturilor fiscale şi anexelor la acestea se efectuează în baza recipisei emise în formă electronică, în urma depunerii de către agentul economic a unei solicitări prin intermediul sistemului informațional automatizat „Comandă on-line”. Totodată, menționăm, că acordarea dreptului pentru tipărirea de sine stătător a facturilor fiscale se efectuează în baza recipisei emise în formă electronică, în urma depunerii de către entitate a unei solicitări prin intermediul sistemului informatic automatizat “Comandă on-line a formularelor tipizate”. Comanda maximă a seriei și diapazonului de numere pentru imprimarea de sine stătător a facturilor fiscale este de 1000 de numere per comandă, pentru agenții economici ce dețin statutul de contribuabil mare și sunt incluși în lista agenţilor economici – contribuabili mari constituie maximal 10000 per comandă. [Modificare în Baza generalizată a practicii fiscale în baza Ordinului Ministerului Finanțelor nr.118 din 28.08.2017].
