6. (7.2.4.1) Care sunt cotele taxei pentru apă?

Cotele taxei pentru apă sunt stabilite în Anexa nr. 1 la Titlul VIII « Taxele pentru resursele naturale» al Codului fiscal şi constituie: - 0,3 lei - pentru fiecare 1 m³ de apă extrasă din fondul apelor; - 16 lei - pentru fiecare1 m³ de apă minerală naturală extrasă, de apă potabilă extrasă destinată îmbutelierii; - 0,06 lei - pentru fiecare 10 m³ de apă utilizată la hidrocentrale. (art.304 al Codului fiscal, Anexa nr.1 la Titlul VIII al CF).
