Cine sunt subiecți ai impunerii cu impozitul pe venit?

25 martie - termenul limită de prezentare a Declarației și achitare a impozitului pe venit de către persoanele fizice rezidente. Subiecţi ai impunerii cu impozitul pe venit sînt: • persoanele fzice rezidente (cetățenii Republicii Moldova, cetățenii străini, apatrizii, inclusiv membrii societăților şi acționarii fondurilor de investiții) care au obligații privind achitarea impozitului; • persoanele fzice rezidente (cetățenii Republicii Moldova, cetățenii străini şi apatrizii, inclusiv membrii societăților şi acționarii fondurilor de investiții) care nu au obligații privind achitarea impozitului, dar obțin venituri impozabile atît sub formă de salariu, cît şi din orice alte surse. • persoanele fzice nerezidente care nu desfăşoară activitate de întreprinzător pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova şi pe parcursul perioadei fscale obţin venituri, conform Capitolului 11 Titlu II din Codul fscal.
