La data de 18 iulie 2025 în Monitorul Oficial a fost publicată Legea nr. 187/2025, ale cărei prevederi, cu unele excepții, au fost puse în aplicare din 18.07.2025. În temeiul legii menționate au fost operate modificări în mai multe acte normative, inclusiv, la Legea taxei de stat nr. 213/2023, pe care le vom analiza în continuare.
