Secretarul consiliului local va autentifica procurile reprezentanților la CTAS

Secretarii consiliilor locale ar putea obține dreptul de a autentifica procurile pentru stabilirea și reexaminarea pensiei pentru limită de vârstă, pensiei de dizabilitate, pentru stabilirea și calcularea pensiei de urmaș, alocațiilor și indemnizațiilor. În Parlament este înregistrată inițiativa legislativă a unui grup de deputați care prevede suplinirea atribuțiilor secretarului consiliului local stabilite în art. 39 din Legea nr. 436/2006 privind administrația publică locală.
 
La momentul de față secretarul consiliului local este abilitat prin lege să autentifice procuri privind primirea pensiilor, indemnizațiilor, dar nu și autentificarea procurilor pentru reprezentare persoanelor la Casa Teritorială de Asigurări Sociale (CTAS).

 

 

Potrivit autorilor, proiectul elaborat vine ca un răspuns la solicitările persoanelor în etate și celor cu necesități speciale, preponderent din zonele rurale, în care nu există un notar, iar deplasarea uneori este imposibilă. Suplimentar, cetățenii sunt impuși să suporte cheltuieli și timp pentru deplasarea notarului la domiciliu sau solicitarea reprezentanților CTAS să vină la locul aflării persoanei.

 

În condițiile aprobării inițiativei în redacția propusă, noile prevederi vor intra în vigoare la data publicării modificărilor în „Monitorul oficial”.
