SFS îndeamnă contribuabilii la vigileță în contextul recepționării unor mesaje suspecte cu utilizarea ilegală a identității autorității fiscale

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat îndeamnă contribuabilii la vigilență în cazul în care recepționează mesaje suspecte prin intermediul aplicațiilor de mesagerie instantă (Viber, Telegram sau altele) prin care sunt îndemnați să efectueze desemnarea procentuală (2%) în favoarea unui beneficiar concret (partid politic).

Aceste mesaje nu sunt expediate de către autoritatea fiscală, iar identitatea SFS este utilizată ilegal de către persoane rău intenționate, se menționează în comunicatul autorității.


Este important de menționat că, contribuabilii care au dreptul să efectueze desemnarea procentuală aleg la propria discreție beneficiarul în favoarea căruia să direcționeze 2% din impozitul pe venit achitat, astfel că, SFS nu intervine în acest proces sub nici o formă. 


De asemenea, este important de menționat că, partidele politice nu sunt beneficiari ai mecanismului desemnării procentuale. Potrivit Regulamentului cu privire la mecanismul desemnării procentuale aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1286 din 30.11.2016, în perioada valorificării surselor obţinute în urma desemnării procentuale, beneficiarul este obligat să nu susţină activitatea unui partid politic, a unei organizaţii social-politice sau a unui candidat la alegeri, în sensul Codului electoral al Republicii Moldova.



În același timp, autoritatea fiscală pune la dispoziția contribuabililor toată informația necesară privind mecanismul desemnării procentuale, inclusiv lista beneficiarilor, modalitățile de prezentare a declarației privind impozitul pe venit de persoanele fizice – cetățeni. Acestea pot fi consultate pe pagina-web oficială a SFS la adresa: https://sfs.md/ro/pagina/desemneaza-2.
