Dragi copii, al nostru alfabet A ajuns la cuvântul buget! Ce înseamnă, cine ştie? Hai să vedem în poezie... Din bani bugetul e format Şi există-n orice stat! Se formează pentr-un an de zile Pentru-a fi în ţară bine. Ca să ne dea statul de toate: Şcoală, cărţi, drumuri în sate, Trebuie bani să fie - Asta nu e jucărie! Dar de unde ei s-adună? De la oameni, mână cu mână? Sau ni-i dau de peste hotare? Bănci şi fonduri mondiale? Oamenii care aici trăiesc, Şi contribuabili se numesc Care lucrează, evident, Contribuie la acest buget! Prin impozite, taxe şi alte plăţi, La noi, la fel ca-n alte părţi, Oamenii dau statului lei Pe care-i folosesc tot ei. Dar tu cum procedezi? Aşa-i că bănuţi acumulezi? Azi vreo doi, mâine câţiva, Aduni pentru-aţi lua ceva! Acesta e al tău buget Care se adună-ncet, încet Aşa şi-n stat funcţionează - De la contribuabili se acumulează. La Guvern se face planul Cum vor fi cheltuiţi la anul? Se pun vreo câteva zeci de mii deoparte Aceştia-s pentru sănătate! Pentru pensii, pentru şcoli, Salarii pentru muncitori, Şi tot aşa, banii se-mpart Din bugetul pentru stat! Ca să fie-aşa, mai clar: Bugetul este un hambar Nu cu grâu, dar cu parale Strânse de la fiecare. Din acest hambar deosebit, La care oamenii au contribuit, Banii sunt pentru mine, pentru tine Ca s-avem de toate mâine!
